Co-op Live Premium Suite T&CS Acceptance of Terms

 

By accessing or using the CF247 suite, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

 

Reservations

 

•As part of your benefit package at Car Finance 247 you have access to discounted tickets for events at the Co-op Live. These tickets are priced based on a regular seat at the coop and at least a 20% discount. •Available dates will be posted on our webpage, this is only accessible to our staff.

 

Payment

 

•Payment for any tickets will be made via payroll automatically as a post-tax deduction. By reserving tickets for the CF247 suite you agree to be bound by these terms and have given implied consent for a deduction in your wages.

 

•A deduction of 50% of the total value will be taken from two consecutive paydays, 1 month in areas from the date your tickets are confirmed.

 

For example; £50 Ticket which is confirmed in March, a deduction of £25 will be made automatically in April and May’s payroll.

 

Ticketing

 

•Tickets will be transferred prior to the event to your work email address, you are then responsible for transferring tickets to any of your guests.

 

•You may not transfer or assign your reservation to any other individual or party not associated with CF247 and/or for financial gain.

 

•Once your tickets have been confirmed, refunds will only be issued when an event is cancelled, postponed or in extenuating circumstances. 

 

•The business reserves the right to revoke tickets when deemed appropriate. Examples include but are not limited to termination of employment, if the individual is subject to disciplinary action, poor conduct or performance or in the event the show is no longer available to CF247 staff, friends and family. A full refund will be issued via payroll one months in areas.

 

•Any additional guests such as friends and family are your responsibility and therefore, are expected to adhere to the terms of the CF247 Suite.

 

Responsible Individual

 

•Each event will have a nominated host and will act as the responsible individual and point of contact for the Co-op team.

 

•In the absence of Eve Lister, this responsibility will usually be placed on the most senior member of staff at the event.

 

•The responsible individual must make themself known to the host of the suite, confirm the F&B payment for the evening and has authority to sign for an invoice if pre-agreed by a director in writing.

 

•The responsible individual does not have authority to place or change a pre-ordered F&B package.

 

•Any senior who will be acting as a responsible individual will be notified prior to the event they are attending. However, in circumstances where this has not been possible it is an expectation our management team act accordingly when attending the suite and ensure the Code of Conduct are followed.

 

Conduct.

 

•Employee’s and their guests are expected to follow the code of conduct below.

 

•Employees are directly responsible for their guests and any damage to the suite, or its contents caused by negligence or misuse will be the responsibility of the individual(s) named in the reservation. Should the code of conduct not be followed this may result in disciplinary action.

 

Co-op Live Premium Suite Code of Conduct

 

To ensure a pleasant and enjoyable environment for all guests, please adhere to the following code of conduct.

 

Respectful Behaviour

 

•Treat fellow guests, staff, and performers with courtesy and respect.

 

•Sit in your allocated seat.

 

•Refrain from engaging in any behaviour that may disrupt the enjoyment of others or contradict the CF247 Disciplinary policy.

Appropriate Attire

 

•Dress in attire suitable for the event and venue.

 

•Management of the Co-op reserves the right to refuse entry to individuals not adhering to the dress code.

 

No Smoking

 

•Smoking, including the use of e-cigarettes and vapes, is prohibited inside the premium suite and the full venue.

 

Food and Beverage

 

•Unless otherwise agreed you are responsible for the payment of anything you or your guests consume.

 

•Consume alcohol responsibly. Excessive drinking that leads to disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.

 

•Individuals must be of legal drinking age to consume alcoholic beverages.

 

•Dispose of any waste and support the suite hosts in keeping the environment clean and tidy.

 

Safety and Security

 

•The suite is equipped with security features for your safety. Please do not tamper with or disable any security devices.

 

.•In case of emergency, please follow the evacuation procedures posted in the suite.

 

•Follow all safety instructions provided by venue staff.

 

•Report any safety concerns or suspicious behaviour to venue security immediately.

 

Respect for Property

 

•Treat the premium suite and its amenities with care.

 

•Any damage to the property or furnishings will be the responsibility of the individual(s) using and could result in a fine and being unable to attend future events.

 

Photography and Recording

 

•We encourage you to take pictures, videos and other content to remember your night. However, on some occasions the Co-op may prohibit the use of personal photography and recording, in this event you must adhere to this expectation.

 

•If posting on social media, please tag the companies social accounts.

 

•Please respect the privacy of fellow guests by refraining from photography or recording without consent.
